Internationally recognized and the holder of numerous awards including the the top 10 women to watch within the Advertising and Digital Marketing Space she has sat on the board of Google, the highly coveted Search Engine Marketing Council Board.

Desiree was a pioneer in the Direct To Consumer advertising & marketing business and was the first to create Integrated Marketing.  A trailblazer at heart, she developed technology and systems to Measure & Optimize the impacts of multiple media channels working synergistically (across all media & creative).   She introduced major consumer brands to DTC advertising, creating a diverse measured media portfolio across TV, Digital, Magazines and managing their media assets like a stock portfolio of performance.  She focused her sights on the Healthcare Space, Pharmaceutical, Elective Medical procedures, Insurers and even a Presidential Campaign.  Her team oversaw all the creative, media, execution with daily measurement of media performance and ongoing optimization of media investments to deliver improved ROI for her clients investments.  She was a pioneer by introducing Big Pharma to DTC advertising (now a $6 Billion Ad category).  Major clients include Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, GSK, Revlon, United Health Care, Liberty Medical and many more.
